The mission of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry is to verify to the public and to the health professions that a pediatric dentist has successfully completed both an advanced educational program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation and a voluntary examination process designed to validate the knowledge, application, and performance requisite to the delivery of proficient care in pediatric dentistry.

The top priority is caring for your child's oral health through education, prevention, positive motivation and quality treatment. The office is located at 4402 Williams Dr. Ste. 106, Georgetown, TX.

Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics reaches patient milestone;
Dentist wins national achievement award
(Georgetown, Texas - May 30, 2009) Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics located at the corner of Williams Drive and D.B. Wood is celebrating two exciting events, seeing over 1700 patients in less than 10 months and Dr. Kenny Havard, D.D.S. winning a national award. Dr. Havard & Dr. Travis Hildebrand, D.D.S. opened their doors in August of 2008.
"We are ecstatic about our growth and very thankful to be a part of such a supportive community," said Dr. Hildebrand. "It's an honor to have such amazing patient families and local business partners who have really gone out of their way to share our name with their friends and family."
In addition to their patient numbers, the office is celebrating another major event. Dr. Havard recently was named one of only 24 recipients nationwide and only 5 in Texas to earn the 2008 Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
The award honors pediatric dentists who score in the top 3 percent of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry qualifying examination, the first step in becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
"The faculty members of the University of Kentucky Pediatric Dentistry department congratulate Dr. Kenny Havard on his outstanding performance on the board-certification examination," said Dr. David Nash, Professor of Pediatric Dentistry. "Dr. Havard was an outstanding resident at the University of Kentucky, and his subsequent commitment to excellence brings distinct credit not only to him, but also to our university. Congratulations, Dr. Havard."
