Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call our office. We work by appointment only and operate on a well thought out schedule. We offer extended hours and evening appointments for our patients. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and we require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Parents are always welcome to come back and be a part of their child’s dental experience. We realize some children may feel more comfortable and confident if mom or dad is nearby. Most importantly, we want our patients and their parents to feel completely comfortable with their experiences at our office.
Parental Presence
Drs. Hildebrand and Havard and their staff feel that each child is special and unique in his or her own way. We appreciate the opportunity to share in the dental experience with you and your child. With this in mind, we understand that children may feel more comfortable and confident when their parents are nearby for exams, cleanings, and treatment. Therefore, parents are welcome to come back and be present for all of the above. We actually encourage parents to be present for New Patient exams especially so that you can share in the fun and excitement your child will be having at our office. We also enjoy showing parents x-rays and educating them on our exam findings and treatment needs. It is very important that our doctors and staff are able to establish trust and communicate with your child. Sometimes with older children, communication is enhanced if parents remain in the waiting room. You know your child best and can make that decision. Another reason that a parent might choose to wait in the waiting room is if the parent themselves has anxiety that might convey fear to the child. Most importantly, we want our patients AND our parents to feel completely comfortable with their experiences at our office.
Financial Policy
Payment
is due in full at the time dental treatment is
provided. We accept cash, personal check,
MasterCard, Visa debit card and credit card
payments. We can also assist you in obtaining third
party financing through CareCredit®.
CareCredit®
offers
convenient monthly payment options, no up-front
costs, no prepayment penalties and no annual
fees.
Insurance
Our
office is committed to helping you maximize your
insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary
greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good
faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the
complexities of insurance contracts. As our fees
may exceed that which your insurance company covers
for various services, your estimated patient
portion must be paid at the time of service. Until
the estimated coverage amount is established with
your insurance company, 50% of the treatment fee is
expected at the time of service. Should your
payment exceed the estimated patient portion, you
will be refunded the difference. As a service to
our patients, we will bill insurance companies for
services and allow them 45 days to render payment.
After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire
balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions,
our courteous staff is always available to answer
them.
You should be aware that Dr. Kenny Havard and Dr.
Travis Hildebrand are Pediatric Dentists and have
received additional training in how to best care
for your child. Therefore, the fees for dental
treatment may be higher than that of a general
practitioner, and higher than those recognized by
some dental insurance companies.
