We really appreciate the fact that your office/staff pay a lot of attention to the most minute details. I like how you use certain words to put the children at ease and avoid words that may make them anxious. Although the children don't care much for having to get work done, they do enjoy coming to the office for their visits, mostly. That helps a lot. You also seem to look at the world through a child's point of view, rather than an adult's. These little details help put the kiddos at ease, so that things are a little easier for them. The entire visit from the time we walk in until we leave is handled by professionals. You can tell that there was a lot of training and time taken to ensure this for each of your patients.

I would also like to thank your office for working around my late arrival and still treating my children. I know you did not have to do that; however, you still performed the services and I would like to thank you for not making me reschedule. It was very kind of your staff to adjust around this.

We drive down from Fort Hood because of the excellent service. My children love going to the dentist now! Thank you all for all that you do to make our visits as great as you can.

Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the dental assistant who was great with my son, Caden. She did a great job on a difficult day. Everybody always goes above and beyond in this office and I really appreciate it. The entire staff is really patient and friendly. I also like the text reminders.

It was really important to find a Dentist and staff that were able to take on Parker, and you all did, and for that I am a dedicated and loyal to you all... I've been known to drive for miles and miles,and I am willing to drive miles and miles, if I think a person or establishment is Great... And, trust me I lived in Los Angeles for years, and I would drive crazy miles/amounts of time for a dentist or doctor or just anyone I thought was Great! "We had our first appointment as we were new in town. My son (9) was so used to his former pediatric dentist that he was a little apprehensive on our way to the appointment. As soon as we entered the office my son was immediately relaxed by the quiet office and the western/cowboy theme town. The entire staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I could tell my son was in good hands. After my sons cleaning I met with one of the doctors and he was just as welcoming and friendly as the staff. I am a nurse so I am always aware of the clinical/customer experience and Georgetown Pediatric Dentistry exceeded my expectations. Truly an A+ experience and would highly recommend. Our four year old son loves going to the dentist. He enjoys playing in the "little town" so we have to come in early for appointments so he has sufficient time to play as the wait is never long. He loves Dr. Travis and the "pretty blond Lady who brushes his teeth with chocolate toothpaste" Every time we leaves he asks when we can come back. What a great kid friendly and clean environment! About a year ago we started coming to your office from Cedar Park, but then moved down to San Marcos. We tried 3 dentists in the San Marcos area then decided it was worth the drive to come back to your office. It took an hour to get there and about 75 minutes to get home. Still worth it. Thank you!
